This is the hotel for the classic couple, whether it be an intimate celebration in the Winston Room (up to 30 guests), the original 19th century dining quarters, or a sweeping soiree in the Grand Ballroom (180 guests) – our crown jewel replete with stained glass windows and beautiful brass chandeliers. A more modern space can be found in the Bourke Room (180 guests). Set across three tiers in a distinctive circular shape, The Bourke Room is finished in white and charcoal with views over Bourke and Spring Streets.
