This package is the ultimate in luxury wedding planning. From assistance with the venue and menu selection, to organising appointments and confirming suppliers, to providing advice on invitations and stunning bridal attire, we will work with you to help you create your perfect wedding day.
This package can be tailored to your specific needs and includes:
- Unlimited meetings, telephone and email consultations in order to plan and evaluate all wedding details including your creative vision, budget guidelines, checklists and timelines
- Vendor/supplier referrals, scheduling of and attendance at appointments
- Attendance at food tasting and assistance with menu design
- Assistance with the design, development and implementation of all décor for your ceremony and celebration
- Assistance with floor plan creation for your reception

- Attendance at the ceremony rehearsal

Your wedding day:
- 10 hours of event coverage

Consultation and Advice
The Sapphire Package is ideal for the couple that needs partial assistance from a professional wedding planner, whether it be for an hour or for the entire planning process. You can decide what you need help with and how much assistance you need. This may include advice on choosing a venue, menu selection, music and decorations, photographers, celebrants, etc.
The Sapphire Package is a minimum of a 1 hour service that can assist with, for example:
- Visiting your venue and suggesting decorative ideas on how to best utilise your venue space
- Assistance with negotiating with suppliers
- Finalising wedding plans
- Setting up wedding ceremony and reception
