HANDHELD UMBRELLA HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Hirer is responsible for the Equipment during the duration of Hire. Any loss or damage to the handheld umbrellas will incur a replacement fee of $20 per umbrella. A suggestion would be to ask your celebrant to make an announcement that the umbrellas are a loan item and not a souvenir.
Please note, we will require credit card details to be left on file prior to the delivery or at collection (DIY) of the umbrellas. This is required as a security bond and will only be charged in the instance that umbrellas have not been returned to their stand/basket at the conclusion of your ceremony (and are unable to be recovered). Please further note, in order to give you the best opportunity to recover the missing items, we will send you an email the evening of your wedding, or in subsequent days, to inform you of any loss or damage. The email will advise of total replacement costs if the items are unable to be recovered within two business days.
